How to Claim Your Refund

Use your SoftySkin IPL device consistently for at least 70 days from the delivery date and submit your claim within 90 days of your purchase.
Take a Before Photo
Before your first treatment, take a clear Before photo of the treatment area.
Document Your Progress
During your treatment journey, take progress photos before each session and record a short video showing 2 flashes on the treatment area. A minimum of 10 progress photos and videos is required to verify consistent use.
Email Your Request
Email your refund request to support@softyskin.com and attach your photos and videos.
Return the Device
Once your request is approved, return the device in its original packaging using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team.
Important Information
Refunds apply only to customers who have followed the recommended treatment schedule.
Claims with missing, unclear, or incomplete documentation cannot be approved.
Shipping fees, customs charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your returned device, your refund will be processed promptly.
